Why we picked it
A tidy counter can be ruined by one supermarket bottle with a bright label on it, and most kitchens and bathrooms have two. Decanting fixes that in about five minutes and then keeps paying off every time you wash your hands. The bamboo tray is the part people underrate; it catches the drips that would otherwise leave a ring on the stone or the wood underneath.
Styling notes
Keep both bottles on the tray. Two loose dispensers read as clutter, whereas two on a tray read as a set, and it's the same objects either way. Fill one with a warm amber-toned hand soap so there's some color showing through the frosted glass, and put dish soap in the other if this is going by the sink. Decant over the basin the first time, since the pumps take several presses to prime and tend to spit. Wash the pumps out every few refills to keep the action smooth.

- Buy soap in bulk refills. It's cheaper and nothing branded ends up on display.
- Hand-wash the pumps occasionally so they don't stiffen up.
